SALES REP COACHING
AcSELLerate Sales Coaching is comprised of weekly meetings with the sales team and individual one-to-one (121) coaching sessions.
1. The weekly team meeting includes content that is motivational or related to sales skill development.
It’s also an opportunity to share sales successes and challenges across the team so that team members have the opportunity to share insights and experience with the team.
2. Individual Sales Coaching sessions (121 meetings) are held each week.
The purpose of the individual coaching session is to evaluate an individual’s sales performance against the plan.
The sales rep is responsible for leading the meeting using the CRM system to review their activities and effectiveness in meeting goals. Performance metrics are reviewed and specific action steps are assigned based on sales rep performance.
